Coming soon: I've recently been noodling around on a friend's mandolin, and now I've got the hots for one of my own. Since it's sort of an inbred cross between a guitar & a violin, I can pretty much do all my violin chops with a guitar pick instead of having to fight with my rusty bowing technique. Pretty fun stuff!

Not pictured: Marshall 1960A 4x12 cabinet, Marshall 4X10 cabinet, Ensoniq SD-1 synth, Sigma DM-2 acoustic guitar, Boss DC-3 digital dimension, Boss BCB-6 pedal board and a Crate KX100 keyboard amp.

Other stuff I use: I'm hopelessly hooked on Elixir strings... Nanoweb for electric (.010's) and Polyweb for acoustic (.012's). I also use a Kyser KG-6 capo, a Greg Bennett glider capo, a Dunlop 212 short slide, Pickboy .75mm rainbow picks (the perfect pointy tip), Dunlop Jazz III nylon picks (red 'cause they show up when you drop 'em), Schaller straplocks on all of my electric guitars, Thomastik Dominant violin strings, a Sabine BT-316M BackTrak phrase sampler, a variety of Wittner metronomes (a wood pendulum model I've had since I was a child, a plastic piccolo pendulum and an MT50 electronic version), plus a ton of other crap I can't think of at the moment.
