 The Steelers lose a wild one in Seattle, hurt by costly turnovers and defensive lapses. Early in the 1st quarter, with Pittsburgh leading 3-0 and facing 4th-and-2 at the Seattle 27, Tomlin calls a fake FG. Backup QB Landry Jones, replacing punter Jordan Berry, attempts a pass to Alejandro Villanueva, but the Seahawks CB intercept it and return it 54 yards for a TD, flipping the momentum. Later, trailing 32-27, Tomlin opts for a short FG instead of going for a TD, trusting his defense to get a stop. Instead, Wilson burns them on 3rd-and-10 with his 5th TD, an 80-yarder to Baldwin, sealing the game. Roethlisberger throws for 456 yds but has 2 INTs that lead to Seattle TDs. The Steelers defense struggles, repeatedly allowing conversions on 3rd-and-long, including a TD on 3rd-and-goal from the 16. Wilson throws for 345 yds, and Rawls rushes for 81.
