Throwback
The suddenly respectable Bengals had better be ready to receive an old-school, throwback butt-kicking in Pittsburgh.
Predictions for Week 13: Steelers vs Bengals
Most peculiar
Chasing Bengals almost surreal
Article by McMillen & Wife

I hope the Steelers are having better luck getting pumped up for this game than I am. Last week's win over Cleveland, especially coming on the road after a short week, was such an incredible rush that I now feel emotionally drained.

Reality says I should be bouncing off the walls over this game. The media keeps telling me, "Hey, this Bengals team is for real." The standings leave little doubt that a loss to the Bengals will end our season.

Yet, here I sit, utterly convinced not only that we'll beat those ladies from Cintucky, but that we'll do it with relative ease.

Look, I respect Marvin Lewis. What he's accomplished this year is commendable. But my rational mind simply cannot accept the notion of a Bengals team winning 4 in a row and 6 out of 7. Those are "Hell just froze over" kind of numbers.

We always find running room vs. Cinci. And even a moderately successful running attack will allow Hines Ward to beat reserve CB Artrell Hawkins like an ugly stepchild. Expect Maddox to rebound nicely from his questionable performance last week, folks. There will be open receivers everywhere.

Corey Dillon? We OWN him. Jon Kitna? Except for one fluke game in 2001 where he was aided by 4 Kordell Stewart INTs, we OWN him, too. Peter Warick? OWN him. The Bengals? OWN them.Today will be no different.

Tims's Prediction: Steelers 23, Bengals 10
Sandy's Prediction: Steelers 20, Bengals 16

See 'ya after the game, bruthas & sistas!
