A few weeks ago the Loins [sic] were driven out of their practice at their own
Stadium (The Pontiac Trash Can...Silver Dome) by loud music and air pumped under
the turf. The effect was a floating skirt of a field. This came about as the
feud, over the Silver Dome's lease, with the City of Pontiac came to a head. The
Loins are moving back south of 8 mile to Ford Field Next Year.
They be ornery, pissed off, 1-12 and North of 8 mile or not they always play the
Steelers tough. Have no pity on them Steelers.
Dominate That Ass !
A Lot O'Work to Do!
Move On Up A Little Higher.
ps. The last time I saw that much made of someone getting wind up her skirt, her
initials were M.M. too ! Hmmmmm
Todd, you are correct. I personally would like to see bettis in a lazy-boy
drinking lemonade, while receiving a back massage from 2 lovely ladies. Meantime
giving Fu a chance to see what hes got.
I think Bettis should sit this game out too. Maybe even Cinci. I know I posted
that I thought he would play against Baltimore, but the fact he didn't means
this injury is pretty serious. Groins are tough to heal and easy to re-injure.
If we can get through a couple more games w/out him it will give us a tremendous
advantage going into the playoffs. He should be totally healed by then from all
his aches and pains that come from getting pounded all season. I'm not too
worried about him getting rusty and it's the back that adjusts to the line's
flow not the other way around so his timing should stay intact.
Just imagine a rested, healthy Bus and Kordell the Gun Slinger at the top of his
game going into the playoffs . Bettis would gladly trade the rushing title for
one of them big shiny rings.
This is a game where the Steelers must keep their focus on what they are out to get.I have never seen a better 1-12 team, the Lions are not quitters, they fight hard till the end and in this game they have nothing to lose.I respect the Detroit team for not throwing in the towel, alot of teams in the past have.
The Steelers have won the Central[which someone, can't remember who, said they would]now they can go after home field and work on a few things[kicking feild goals, special teams].The one thing that kinda makes me worry is that they don't have a team with a winning record to play until the playoffs,a month away. How will that effect the team?
All I want is the Superbowl trophy in the hands of the Great Pittsburgh Steelers come Feb.3rd,it is time,if the Ratbirds can get one ,the Steelers sure as hell can.
Kordell has become a great leader of this team,he's damn cool under pressure too.The team got to where they are as a team, which is hard to do in the 'it's all about me''NFL!That trophy NEEDS to go to the Steelers this year,it's all up to them,go get it !!!GO STEELERS!!!!..........And Tim,thanks for the great site you have here,it is by far the best out there!!You put alot of work into it,and it shows!
